A North-East based leading food manufacturer with a strong market leading position for some of its brands.
The company wanted to improve its onsite staff benefits and planned to move away from its current vending machine set-up and implement an onsite canteen within a strict budget and timeline.
Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop a specification that satisfies business requirements including cost and quality.
Engage key stakeholders, senior leadership team and staff to identify and define the best possible solution.
In partnership with HR and Technical, a survey was conducted which highlighted a strong business demand for reasonable priced hot quality food and snacks available 24/5 to fit existing shift patterns. A detailed specification was written based on the survey outcome and a number of carefully selected catering firms were invited to a competitive tender.
